At RAASCO Grips, we want to make your ordering (and shipping) as easy as possible.
What do we charge for shipping your grips?
We charge a flat rate for shipping of $3.99 for standard USPS First Class Mail delivery. This service includes delivery confirmation and tracking. While our friends at USPS are very reliable, and very very rarely lose packages, 1st class shipping does not include insurance. We will do everything we can to track your package, but RAASCO cannot be responsible for a lost package. Tracking information is included in your shipping notification email.
We also offer Priority Mail as an alternate method which can shorten the time in transit. Priority Mail is a flat rate of $7.99. Note that selecting Priority mail will not expedite the build time for your the grips. It only shortens the delivery time.
Do you charge separate handling fees?
No. Our flat rate fees cover all shipping and handling.
How will you ship my order?
You simply select the method you would like your order delivered during checkout. Once we have built your grips, we will ship by this method.
How fast will you ship my order?
RAASCO Grips builds most grips to order. We carry a small inventory but as we have over 10,000 variations and combinations of grip options, we can't maintain an inventory of all the grips we sell. The website shows the typical time that it takes from the time you order until your grips are shipped. In Stock Items typically ship in 1 to 2 business days. Most items that are built to order show 4 to 7 business days as the time required to get your grips built and shipped. A few grips may have longer times due to manufacturing considerations but that will be listed in the product listing or given to you at the time of a custom order.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes in many cases we can - we are now offering rush building service on build to order grips. There is an extra cost to this service as it requires us to adjust production schedules and often work overtime to get these orders completed.
Do you Ship Internationally?
No - Due to the numerous regulations related to firearms parts and exotic hardwood exportation, we do not ship internationally.
